FAQ What the heck is a Devilcake? Devilcake began as my illustration portfolio site in 2008. Since then, I've taken it on as my pen name. I chose it because I feel like it describes me (and my work) perfectly: cute and sugary sweet, but a little sinister and weird too. I currently make prints and buttons featuring my original characters and illustrations, but I hope to include other handmade goods very soon! Where does this store ship from? Items are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. What is this store's return and exchange policy? Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you would life a refund or exchange for any reason, please contact me within 7 business days of receiving your order, and I'll do my best to resolve the problem. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? Yes! Button sets will be shipped USPS First Class International. Canvas print orders are sent as First Class International Mail packages, which are *not* trackable. If you would like it to be sent by International Priority Mail instead (which is pricier, but trackable), please contact me! What if there are customs fees? You wil be responsible for any and all customs fees. How will my items be shipped? BUTTONS: Button sets will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class International. CANVAS PRINTS: For domestic orders, canvas prints are sent using USPS Priority Mail. The estimated shipping price is calculated for shipping from Zone 1 to Zone 8; if there is a difference of $1.00 or more between the estimated and actual shipping cost it will be refunded. International orders are sent as USPS First Class Mail International packages. I try to pack all items as safely and securely as possible, using recycled materials when I can. How long will it take to receive my order? There is usually a processing time of 3-5 business days before an order is shipped. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
