My dance crew members have been having some problems outside of dance that have effected the crew and me A LOT! Since we formed in July of 2010 we've had 3 big performance but we've only performed one show as a crew. The other two times 2 members didn't show up for the show (one got in trouble the other left the state to visit family and didn't tell anyone). The Another member left out of state to visit family and missed two rehearsals as well as the other two members missing a whole month worth rehearsals.
Then just yesterday the crew had a show and again one did not show up. A crew performs together as one, but lately it's not been a crew at all. I'm highly considering to just leave the crew.
What do you guys think?
