Doesnt seem like she has doublelids. A lot of ulzzangs wear circle lens (which are large lens that give the "big eye" effect). I KIND OF STOLE AN EYE&PS it; how i do my makeup.

[1]Highlight the inner lids, top and bottom, next to the nose, with white eye shadow.
[2]Line the water line with white liner.
[3]Line the eyes with black like so (thick to thin); distorting the lower lash line makes it look bigger.
