well lets see, you have dark eyebrows, so dark colors look natural on you. :,,3 how about dark brown hair, with little more milk coffee stripes? Im not sure about shades, but i would say some kind of dark brown, and if you want it to look more special, take another color with it too. :,,,D
black? Im not sure, but I dont personally think you should dye it black.... maybe really dark brown could be better? then again I cant say for sure, so if you feel like having black hair, try to color your hair in one of your pictures on computer, then you'll see how it proably would look on you :,,D
