well, it's kinda hard to explain. It's about these characters who represent countries in the world. (this are italy, japan and germany) and then history is explained in a funny, crazy and hysterical manner x3 it sounds really random but you should just watch it

I don't know which animes you have seen so here's a list: Shuffle, Karin (Chibi Vampire (it's not as good as the manga, but last I heard the manga wasn't finished)), Clannad, Negima, Fruits Basket, Excel Saga (crazy and inappropriate), The World of Narue, Soul Eater, Lucky Star, Chobits, and there's more but I don't want to make it tooo long. :b
