There are several problems that may occur to make it difficult to use the puricute maker. Make sure it's a supported file type. Jpegs work best. Also, make sure the photo is not too big. If the file size or dimensions exceed the maximum allowed, it wont upload. If those are not the case then I can only guess 2 more things to try to fix it. You may try updating your flash and trying a different browser type (Firefox, explorer, opera, etc). Good luck, dear!
